Our training is carried out by an EDEXCEL qualified trainer who covers a range of subjects; key and access control, civil and criminal law, searching persons, vehicles and premises, health and safety on site, communication skills, accurate report writing, bomb threats and bomb recognition, public relations, CCTV monitoring, basic first aid and CPR.
A certified EDEXCEL instructor interacts with each officer throughout their training course taking part in role playing and situation training. Having completed the training programme all officers then takes a final examination. The training is carried out within our own training facility.
