Response Service
RMP Guarding (UK) Limited operate the alarm response service along with the key holding service, we have 24hr response drivers who attend all alarm activations when deployed by one of our 24hr
controllers. The response driver's first job will be to collect the clients keys from the controller as all keys held byRMP Guarding (UK) Limitedare kept in a safe in a secured unit.
This service gives our clients peace of mind that their property/premises are covered out of normal working hours without our clients being disturbed unless it is an emergency that requires the client to attend. All alarm activations are dealt with in the strictest and most professional manner, and all information from the time of the alarm activation until the
officer leaves the
property/ premises is logged down and a report is completed for our clients all reports are then taken back to the controller who will send a copy to our client and a copy will be entered into our clients file.
RMP Guarding (UK) Limitedalso provide an escort service, this service is provided where the client does not require the key holding service, but the client requires a security officer to meet the key holder in a designated
place arranged betweenRMP Guarding (UK) Limitedand the client, before going to and entering the clients property/premises should there be an alarm activation or any other
problems that warrant the key holder to be called. |
