Supervision
The Operations Manager at RMP Guarding (UK) Limitedis responsible for the welfare of his team, the day to day running of assignments and regular customer liaison. He is the first point of contact for both the security officer and the customer, and is fully supported by the Teams Operations Director
and other members of the management.
Apart from this supervisory role the Operations Manager also looks after the welfare of the Officers with such things as uniform replacement, pay queries and continuation training.
All Officers and Assignments that operate during silent hours are visited on a regular basis by the Operations Manager this ensures that all duties are carried out correctly to the customer's instructions.
