Our Staff
Recruiting for security officers in today's market exposes one major obstacle that has down trodden the development of professionalism in the security industry for years; the lack of suitable personnel due to low pay rates. We try to address this problem in a number of different ways; We keep our overheads low but always try to keep the wages above the minimum wage pay rate, we provide benefits and incentives that attract career security officers rather than people just using security guarding as a stop gap until something else comes along.
We use local and
national tabloids, job centres and job agencies, but we mostly
rely on word of mouth to recruit our employees.
Our staff turnover is considerably low compared to some of the much larger security firms, but we do employ new staff on a regular basis.
